It is about the pent up resentment that seeks a release. All pain is within. External events trigger it to explode. Events are not the cause of pain; it is rather the other way round. Our inner world states manifest as outer situations.

The event and the reaction it elicits are more often than not totally in a disconnect.

Sparks fly at the merest excuse; the embers are within.

Happy people spread happiness, unhappy people spread unhappiness.

We owe it to ourselves and our near ones to discover joy and happiness within.

Else, we are individual and collective sources of terror and violence in society.
