Grounding

Integrity is one of my favourite words. It means so much more and is much wider in scope than honesty.It encompasses the domain of intent and feeling, not just words.

We need to be grounded in our realities, else realities have a way of grinding us onward . A conspiracy in the universe , it would seem.
